Ingredients
- 6 pork chops (1-inch thick)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 large potatoes, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Use a 9 or 10-inch baking dish.
- Layer potatoes, onion and pork chops.
- Repeat with remaining.
- Mix mushroom soup and water; pour over pork chop layers.
- Salt and pepper.
- Bake, covered, 45 minutes.
- Remove cover and bake 15 minutes more.
