Ingredients
- 4 to 6 pork chops
- potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese
- 3/4 stick margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
- grated onion
Method
- Brown pork chops.
- While these are browning, peel and slice potatoes and place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Mix other ingredients and pour over raw potatoes.
- I usually melt this in the microwave before pouring over potatoes.
- Place browned pork chops on top of potatoes.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350° for one hour.
- Uncover and bake for about 10 minutes.
