Ingredients
- 1 c. thick cream (whipping cream)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Method
- Mix flour and sugar together.
- Add cup of cream, lemon and vanilla.
- Fold in egg whites.
- Put in unbaked pie shell and bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until puffs up.
