Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked chicken or turkey
- 2 c. thinly sliced celery
- 1 c. crushed potato chips
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Combine all ingredients and place in a well buttered casserole.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese on top, then sprinkle with Italian herbed bread crumbs.
- Bake at 450° for 15 minutes.
