Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can shredded kraut
Method
- Brown pork chops in flour that's been seasoned with salt and pepper in cooking oil.
- Wash kraut in water 2 times and add to meat, then add soup and simmer 30 to 40 minutes on stovetop or in oven.
