- 6 pork chops
- 4 medium potatoes, uncooked, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 1 c. water
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Brown chops in a skillet and drain. In a greased 2-quart oblong dish, arrange potatoes, mushrooms and chops.
