Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. low-fat cream cheese
- 2 (4 oz.) pkg. Jell-O white chocolate flavor instant pudding (found at Heinens)
- 2 c. cold milk, divided
- 1 (8 oz.) tub Lite Cool Whip topping, thawed
- 1 prepared (9-inch) graham cracker crust
- red raspberry jam
- red raspberries
Method
- Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup milk in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Add remaining 1 1/2 cups milk and pudding mixes; beat with wire whisk for 1 minute. Stir in whipped topping until smooth and well blended. Spread 2 tablespoons jam on crust. Spoon cream cheese mixture on top. Top with red raspberries. Garnish with white chocolate curls made from Baker's chocolate or thick chocolate syrup.
