Ingredients

  • 4 end pork chops
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 1 c. raw rice
  • 1/2 green pepper, cut
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tomato, peeled and cut
  • pepper
  • paprika

Method

  • Brown pork chops and put in shallow baking dish.
  • Dissolve bouillon cubes in water and pour over chops.
  • Add remaining ingredients, sprinkling top with pepper and paprika.
  • Cover tightly (with foil if cover is not available) and bake in a moderate oven at (350°) for about 1 hour.
  • Yield: 4 servings.
