Ingredients
- 4 end pork chops
- salt and pepper
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 c. raw rice
- 1/2 green pepper, cut
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tomato, peeled and cut
- pepper
- paprika
Method
- Brown pork chops and put in shallow baking dish.
- Dissolve bouillon cubes in water and pour over chops.
- Add remaining ingredients, sprinkling top with pepper and paprika.
- Cover tightly (with foil if cover is not available) and bake in a moderate oven at (350°) for about 1 hour.
- Yield: 4 servings.
