Ingredients
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. cooking wine (white)
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 pkg. (4 to 5) pork chops
- 3 apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
Method
- Brown pork chops in frying pan in a little oil.
- Take pork chops out of pan and set aside.
- Add apples and onions to pan; brown.
- Add pork chops.
- Add all sauce mixture.
- Simmer 1 hour on stove.
- May serve with wide noodles or rice.
