Ingredients
- chicken, beef or pork
- 1 large onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (18 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. juice from meat
Method
- Cook first three ingredients until tender.
- When meat is done, remove from bone.
- Shred with fork.
- Return to crock-pot and add remaining ingredients, mix well.
- Let simmer for 3 or 4 hours or longer.
- This makes delicious sandwiches served on buns.
