Ingredients
- 2 pound Navy beans
- 1 sm. onion, diced
- 2 tbsp. sugar-free barbecue sauce
- 1 env. onion soup mix, dry
- 1/4 pound turkey ham, diced
- 1 tbsp. liquid smoke
- 2 tbsp. catsup
- 4 c. water
Method
- Soak beans overnight.
- Place in 5-qt slow cooker.
- Add in 4 c. water and remainder of ingredients and simmer 12 hrs.
- Freeze in plastic bags each containing serving size desired.
