Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 c. raw rice
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
Method
- In mixing bowl, combine ground beef, rice, onion, green peppers, egg, salt and pepper.
- Mix well to blend.
- Shape mixture in 24 meatballs about 1 1/2-inches in diameter.
- Place in slow cooking pot.
- Pour soup over meatballs.
- Cover and slow cook, 7 to 8 hours.
