Ingredients
- 1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 6 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed and mixed with 1 stick melted margarine
Method
- Mix soup, sour cream, shredded chicken, chicken broth and salt and pepper.
- Pour into 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Top with cracker mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
