Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 14 cup chopped onion
- 14 cup chopped celery
- 14 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon butter
Method
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Combine all ingredients in casserole dish.
- Cover and bake one hour.
- NOTE: add soya sauce to rice for flavour if desired.
