Ingredients
- 8 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. poppy seed
- 3/4 stick margarine, melted
- 35 to 40 Ritz crackers
Method
- Boil chicken.
- Cool and cut into small pieces.
- Place in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken.
- Crumble crackers and spread over soup mixture.
- Sprinkle with poppy seed and pour melted margarine on top.
- Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.
