Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 2 boxes frozen broccoli
  • 1 large block Mexican Velveeta cheese or 1/2 mild or 1/2 hot in the smaller size
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 to 3/4 box Minute rice
  • 1 large jar sliced mushrooms
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • Brown and drain hamburger meat.
  • Cook frozen broccoli as directed and drain.
  • Heat cream of mushroom soup.
  • Melt Velveeta cheese.
  • Cook Minute rice as directed.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a large baking dish and bake at 325° for about 30 minutes or until hot all through.
  • Serves about 10 to 12.
