Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 2 boxes frozen broccoli
- 1 large block Mexican Velveeta cheese or 1/2 mild or 1/2 hot in the smaller size
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 to 3/4 box Minute rice
- 1 large jar sliced mushrooms
- salt and pepper
Method
- Brown and drain hamburger meat.
- Cook frozen broccoli as directed and drain.
- Heat cream of mushroom soup.
- Melt Velveeta cheese.
- Cook Minute rice as directed.
- Mix all ingredients together in a large baking dish and bake at 325° for about 30 minutes or until hot all through.
- Serves about 10 to 12.
