- 1 c. sifted flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
Method
- Beat together ingredients with rotary beater just until smooth.
- Pour into well-greased deep muffin cup (3/4 full) or oven glass cups (1/2 full). Bake at 425° for 35 to 45 minutes.
