Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour, divided
  • 2-3/4 cups sugar, divided
  • 1-1/4 cups butter, softened, divided
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 plums, thinly sliced

Method

  • Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Mix 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Stir in nuts.
  • Line 13x9-inch pan with parchment, with ends of parchment extending over sides.
  • Beat cream cheese, remaining butter, remaining sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  • Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Gradually beat in remaining flour; pour into prepared pan.
  • Top with plums and streusel topping.
  • Bake 1 hour 15 min.
  • or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
  • Cool 30 min.
  • Remove from pan.
  • Cool completely.
