Ingredients
- 8-10 med. Potatoes peeled and cubed
- 6 C. Milk
- 1/2 can Tender Young Peas (optional)
- 1 C. cooked ham, cubed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 med. Onions chopped
- 4 Tbsp. Butter/margarine
- 6 Tbsp. Flour
Method
- Boil potatoes cubes until soft.
- In a large pot, heat butter and saute onions until soft.
- Add milk and flour, heat a few minutes.
- Mix in potatoes, ham and peas.
- Lower heat.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
