Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 3/4 c. flour
Method
- Beat all ingredients together.
- Batter will be thin.
- Use about 1 tablespoon of batter per cookie.
- Cook on hot pizzelle iron (ungreased) for about 35 seconds.
