Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 12 cups diced mixed vegetables (carrots, beans, greenpeas, potatoes and cauliflower)
  • 1 small tomatoes, washed,peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 small onions, peeled,washed and finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 6 raisins
  • 6 cashews
  • salt
  • 2 teaspoons fresh cream
  • oil, to fry
  • 3 large green chilies
  • 2 teaspoons fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 14 cup pineapple, pcs.
  • 14 cup apple, pcs.
  • 1 pinch red chili powder
  • 1 pinch cumin powder
  • 1 pinch garam masala powder

Method

  • Boil 2 cups of water in a pot.
  • Cook the diced vegetables with a little bit of salt in them.
  • Remove when the vegetables are fully done.
  • Keep this aside.
  • Saute the onions and tomato in a tsp.
  • of oil.
  • Mix the plain yogurt with the buttermilk.
  • Keep aside.
  • Ground together the ginger, green chillies, corriander leaves, raisins, cashewnuts, boiled vegetables, pineapple and apple.
  • Keep aside.
  • Now, mix the buttermilk-yogurt mixture with the tomatoes, onion, ground paste, fresh cream and salt.
  • Garnish with chilli, garam masala and cumin powders.
  • Serve chilled.
