Ingredients

  • 7 oz. wide noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. small pepperoni
  • 1 (2 1/2 oz.) can ripe olives, drained
  • 1 (15 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
  • 2 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley

Method

  • Heat oven to 350°.
  • In large skillet, cook ground beef, onions and bell pepper until meat is browned and vegetables are tender. Drain.
  • Add noodles and remainder of ingredients except add only half of the cheese.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour in an ungreased 2-quart casserole and top with remainder of cheese.
  • Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese begins to brown.
