Ingredients
- 4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 pkg. yeast
Method
- Mix well the warm water, salt, oil and yeast.
- Place the flour in a large bowl.
- Mix water, salt, oil and yeast in the flour. Knead real well for about 10 minutes.
- Cut in two gobs and let it rise for 2 hours.
- Grease bottoms of two 9-inch pizza pans with oil.
- Place dough on pans and flatten down.
- Put over Mozzarella cheese sauces and spread over 1/2 can of tomato sauce or more if you like.
- Sprinkle with oregano.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 375°.
