Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 5 c. sliced peaches
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell
- 1 regular 9-inch pie shell
Method
- Mix sugar, salt and flour;
- sprinkle over peaches.
- Mix carefully
- to
- avoid tearing peaches.
- Pour into deep dish pie shell.
- Dot with butter.
- Top with regular pie shell.
- Bake 10 minutes at 450°.
- Turn
- oven
- down
- to 350° and bake about 40 minutes longer.
