Ingredients
- 60 Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 2 pkg. instant coconut pudding
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 qt. butter brickle ice cream
Method
- Stir softened ice cream into pudding which has been mixed with the milk.
- Put on the crust made from the crackers and margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Put 9 ounces Cool Whip on top.
- Store in refrigerator.
