Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water (105 - 155)
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1 pkg (1/4 oz.) active dry yeast - (2 1/4t)
  • 2 1/4 Cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 Cup cake flour
  • 1 T. Kosher salt
  • 2 T. Olive Oil

Method

  • Combine sugar, flour and salt into mixer
  • Add oil to yeast after it has proofed ~5mins
  • Add oil/yeast to mix and and kneed on low for 10 mins
  • Place dough in oiled bowl turning to coat.
  • Cover and with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place until doubled 2 hours. Punch down and divide into 4 balls, pinching the bottoms closed. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place another our.
