Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water (105 - 155)
- 1 T sugar
- 1 pkg (1/4 oz.) active dry yeast - (2 1/4t)
- 2 1/4 Cups all-purpose flour
- 1 Cup cake flour
- 1 T. Kosher salt
- 2 T. Olive Oil
Method
- Combine sugar, flour and salt into mixer
- Add oil to yeast after it has proofed ~5mins
- Add oil/yeast to mix and and kneed on low for 10 mins
- Place dough in oiled bowl turning to coat.
- Cover and with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place until doubled 2 hours. Punch down and divide into 4 balls, pinching the bottoms closed. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place another our.
