Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork sausage or ground beef
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 (5 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 3 cans biscuits

Method

  • Brown and drain meat.
  • Add onions; cook until done.
  • Add cheese, garlic salt, oregano, paste and sauce.
  • Simmer 20 minutes. Place biscuits in a greased muffin tin, pressing to cover bottom and sides.
  • Spoon about 1/4 cup mixture in cups.
  • Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake 12 minutes at 400°.
  • Makes 24 cups.
