- 1 lb. pork sausage or ground beef
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 (5 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 3 cans biscuits
Method
- Brown and drain meat.
- Add onions; cook until done.
- Add cheese, garlic salt, oregano, paste and sauce.
- Simmer 20 minutes. Place biscuits in a greased muffin tin, pressing to cover bottom and sides.
- Spoon about 1/4 cup mixture in cups.
- Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake 12 minutes at 400°.
- Makes 24 cups.
