Ingredients

  • 1 box spaghetti
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • pepperoni

Method

  • Cook spaghetti as directed on box.
  • Combine tomato sauce, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper in saucepan.
  • Simmer 10 minutes. Brown sausage and drain.
  • Start layers with half the spaghetti, half the sauce, half the sausage, half the onion, half the green pepper, half the pepperoni and half the cheese.
  • Start over, ending with the cheese.
  • Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 375° or microwave until cheese is melted.
  • Use a large casserole dish.
