Ingredients
- beef liver
- flour
- 1 large onion, sliced
- beef bouillon
- butter
Method
- Roll liver in flour.
- Brown on both sides and put in baking pan.
- Saute onion in butter.
- Cover liver with onions and then pour bouillon over liver.
- Do not cover completely.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350° until fork-tender.
- Salt to taste.
