Ingredients
- 1 pkg. brewer's yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. warm water
- 3 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. olive oil
Method
- Pour yeast and sugar into warm water.
- Let stand until bubbles up.
- Mix yeast mixture in with flour, salt and olive oil.
- Knead dough.
- After kneading, form into ball.
- Place in bowl and let rise.
- Should take 45 minutes.
