Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
- 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
- 2 cups milk
- 8-12 oz. Cool Whip
Method
- Make cake according to package directions. When cake is cooled poke holes in the top with a fork. Dissolve lemon jell-o in hot water. Pour over top of cake. Mix pudding with 2 cups milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over top of cake. Refrigerate.
