Ingredients
- 1 qt. potatoes, cubed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. pimiento, cut in small pieces
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 lb. cheese
- 2 c. White Sauce
Method
- Cook potato cubes and onions in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
- Add pimiento and cook 7 minutes.
- Drain.
- Put in a buttered baking dish and pour White Sauce over all, mixed with cheese and salt.
- Bake in a moderate oven until potatoes are soft.
