Ingredients
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- dash of pepper
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. white potatoes, diced
- seasoned salt to taste
Method
- Dissolve bouillon cubes in 2 cups boiling water.
- Combine broth, onion, potatoes, pepper and seasoned salt.
- Bring to a boil; cover and simmer until tender (about 30 to 40 minutes). Melt butter.
- Mix with flour and add milk.
- Cook and stir until thick.
- Combine the two mixtures and simmer until warm.
