Ingredients
- 5 to 6 leeks
- 1 lb. cottage cheese
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 4 to 6 eggs, beaten
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- salt to taste
Method
- Cut and wash leeks thoroughly. Drain. Saute in butter until tender. Set aside to cool.
