Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2 pkg. pistachio pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip, divided

Method
- Mix the flour, sugar, nuts and stick of margarine together with pastry blender or fork.
- Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in a 350° oven.
- Cool in refrigerator.
