Ingredients
- 1 c. pinto beans, mashed
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
Method
- Mix sugar, vanilla, eggs and butter together.
- Then mix in beans.
- Put in a pie shell and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Pie should taste like a pecan pie.
