- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1 1/4 c. rolled oats
- 1 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 tsp. almond flavor
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. cream
- red food coloring
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
Method
- Cream margarine and sugar; add extract.
- Add flour and mix; add rolled oats.
- Using 1 teaspoon, shape into oblong 2 1/2-inches long (finger shaped) cookies.
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 20 minutes at 325°.
