Ingredients

  • 1/2 pounds Bacon, Chopped
  • 1/2 whole Onion, Chopped
  • 1/2 blocks (8 Oz. Block) Cream Cheese, Plain, Softened
  • 1/4 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1-1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, Grated

Method

  • Fry the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from pan to a paper towel lined plate. Set aside. Reserve some of the bacon fat in the pan and cook onion until brown and lovely. Set aside.
  • Whip cream cheese, sour cream and garlic together until light and fluffy. Fold in bacon, onion and cheese. Store in the fridge. Enjoy on bagels or crackers!
