Ingredients
- 3 c. fresh apples, pared, cored and finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. salad oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. flour, sifted
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
Method
- Mix dry ingredients except flour. Add eggs and oil.
- Beat well. Stir in vanilla. Add flour, apples and nuts, alternating until well mixed.
- Place in greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
- Needs no frosting or icing.
