Ingredients
- 1 large box black cherry Jell-O
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 large Cool Whip
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
Method
- Take 2 cups of water and juice from pineapple; bring to a boil. Add Jell-O and dissolve.
- Add the other ingredients and fold in. Save enough whipped cream to spread over top, then sprinkle a few nuts over top.
- Put into baking dish or pan and chill.
- Cut into squares or put in custard cup; top with a teaspoon of whipped cream and nuts.
