Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 small head cabbage, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 large can tomatoes, chopped
Method
- Brown beef in large pan and pour off drippings.
- Add onion and tomatoes with juice.
- Simmer until onions are tender.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Add cabbage and simmer until cabbage is tender but not overcooked.
- Serve this mixture over mashed potatoes.
