Ingredients
- 1 large can pineapple chunks
- 1- 8 oz. cream cheese (room temp.)
- 1 c. sugar
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- pecan pieces (optional)
Method
- Drain pineapple- cut in halves.
- Mix cream cheese and sugar- add pineapple.
- Stir in Cool Whip and pecans.
- Chill before serving.
