Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1-2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 c. apple juice concentrate
- 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1/2 can crushed pineapple, unsweetened, with juice
- Minced raisins (optional)
- 4 c. oatmeal (1 minute)
- 3 egg whites, beaten till soft peaks
- Non-stick cookie sheets
