Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 4 pork cutlets (1/4 lb. each)
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Method
- Combine flour and salt.
- Use to coat pork cutlets.
- Heat oil in a large skillet and cook cutlets until well browned on both sides.
- Stir in ketchup, molasses, lemon juice and 1/4 cup water. Heat to boiling, stirring to loosen brown bits from bottom of skillet.
- To serve, place cutlet on hamburger bun and spoon sauce over it.
