Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 pork cutlets (1/4 lb. each)
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. molasses
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted

Method

  • Combine flour and salt.
  • Use to coat pork cutlets.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet and cook cutlets until well browned on both sides.
  • Stir in ketchup, molasses, lemon juice and 1/4 cup water. Heat to boiling, stirring to loosen brown bits from bottom of skillet.
  • To serve, place cutlet on hamburger bun and spoon sauce over it.
