- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
- 2 to 3 lb. chicken, cooked and deboned (reserve the broth)
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Method
- Saute onion in butter.
- Add soup, Ro-Tel, chicken broth and deboned chicken.
- Cook 20 minutes.
- Layer buttered dish with floured tortillas, mixture and Cheddar cheese.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
