Ingredients
- 1 cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
- 1 Tablespoon Grated Ginger
- 1/2 cups Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoons Flaxseed
- 1 cup Orange Juice
- 3/4 cups Regular, Unsweetened Almond Milk
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately and enjoy!
