Ingredients
- 1 family size vanilla cool'n'serve Jell-O
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 2 tall cans evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- about 1 1/2 qt. milk (fill to just under fill line)
Method
- Mix pudding and gelatin.
- Cook with a little more milk than pudding recipe calls for.
- Cool.
- Cream sugar and peanut butter together, gradually add milk to make a thin paste.
- Add vanilla, salt, and pudding and rest of milk to almost the fill line.
