Ingredients

  • 1 family size vanilla cool'n'serve Jell-O
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 2 tall cans evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • about 1 1/2 qt. milk (fill to just under fill line)

Method

  • Mix pudding and gelatin.
  • Cook with a little more milk than pudding recipe calls for.
  • Cool.
  • Cream sugar and peanut butter together, gradually add milk to make a thin paste.
  • Add vanilla, salt, and pudding and rest of milk to almost the fill line.
