- 1 12 cups of sliced up mushrooms (or to taste)
- 1 head broccoli, cut up and uncooked (or to taste)
- 1 medium red onion, chopped (or to taste)
- 12 cup chopped pecans (or nut of your choice)
- 1 pint of sliced strawberry
- 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled could also use bleu cheese
- 1 cup oil (canola not olive oil)
- 12 cup red wine vinegar
- 12 cup sugar
- 13 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon tarragon
Method
- In a bowl of Mixed Greens assemble the salad and mix the dressing, put the dressing on right before serving and enjoy!
- Pecans, strawberries and cheese should be put on right before serving.
- This salad is very versatile, Amounts are approximate as it is really to individual taste.
- Substitute other vegetables or cheese.
