- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 c. crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 1 small sugar-free vanilla cook and serve pudding
- 1 small pkg. sugar-free lemon Jell-O
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
- 4 packs sugar substitute
- 1 pkg. D-Zerta whipped topping, prepared as directed on box
Method
- In medium saucepan, combine pineapple with juice, pudding mix, Jell-O and water.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture starts to boil.
- Remove from heat; cool completely.
