Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. uncooked oatmeal
- 2/3 c. Log Cabin syrup or Karo syrup (dark)
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 boxes (8 each) Bama or Pepperidge Farm frozen tart shells
Method
- Mix all ingredients together; pour into frozen tart shells. Will make 12 to 14 tarts if you fill the tarts half full.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes on a cookie sheet.
